These U.S. Navy Enlisted Surface Warfare flags are made from 200 denier nylon with reinforced fly ends. They feature a fully applique embroidered design on both sides and is available in 2 sizes; 18H" x 26"L, or a smaller 11"H x 15"L. Simply select your size from the pulldown menu and pricing will adjust accordingly.
Naval surface forces of both the Atlantic and Pacific Fleets jointly introduced two "pennants," actually rectangular flags, to recognize achievements in qualifying crew members as surface warfare officers and enlisted surface warfare specialists.
