These official U.S. Navy 0 Signal Pennants are made to Mil-Spec F-2692.
They feature durable nautical nylon fabric with a strong cotton duck header and are fully sewn with double needle seams and 4 rows of stitching on the fly end. They are finished with a distance line and real brass snaphooks with ring attachment devices.
