Each streamer is made to official heraldic specifications. Each streamer will indicate each decoration, campaign participation credit or war service credit.

These Military Order of William Streamer are available in 3 sizes for use with Army Units authorized a guidon, distinguishing flag or organizational colors. Each streamer will indicate each decoration, campaign participation credit or war service credit.

Streamers are the same color as the corresponding unit decoration ribbon. The name of the action area, theater of operations is embroidered on the Streamer. Normally the dates are ommitted. A separate Streamer is used for each award.

2Ft Streamers can be made with a sleeve to slide over the guidon pole or with an optional grommet for attaching to a streamer attachment device. The streamer is yellow with 2 blue stripes with the inscription embroidered in dark blue. Description;
