ARMY/USAF Campaign Streamer (Southwest Asia Service )
Product Description
These Southwest Asia Battle Streamers are made in accordance with U.S. Army & USAF regulation. These streamers are available in 3 sizes for use with Army Units authorized a distinguishing flag or organizational colors. Each streamer will indicate each decoration, campaign participation credit or war service credit.
2Ft Streamers can be made with a sleeve to slide over the guidon pole or with an optional grommet for attaching to a streamer attachment device.
Streamers are the same color as the corresponding unit decoration ribbon. The name of the action area, theater of operations is embroidered on the Streamer. Normally the dates are ommitted. A separate Streamer is used for each award.
Southwest Asia Service. There will be three campaigns for the Southwest Asia War. The streamer is tan with a black border and center stripe. On each side of the black center is a green stripe. A grouping of red, white, and blue stripes are centered on each side. The sand colored ribbon with red, white, blue, green, and black stripes represent the desert and the colors of the United States and the coalition members.
